Service Fees and Payment Terms
Pricing and payment terms are disclosed before enrollment and are stated in the applicable written service agreement.
Maximum Score Builders does not use this Terms page to alter, accelerate, or expand a consumer's payment obligations. The written agreement applicable to the selected plan controls when fees become due.
Payment processing may be provided through secure third-party payment systems. Those providers may maintain their own privacy, security, and processing terms.
The timing of fees for credit-repair services is subject to applicable federal and state law in addition to the written service agreement.
Statutory and Monthly Cancellation
Applicable consumers have cancellation rights under federal and state law. Your signed agreement and Notice of Cancellation state the actual deadline and instructions applicable to your enrollment.
Federal CROA
Federal CROA provides a right to cancel a covered credit-repair contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing.
California Consumers
California credit-services law may provide additional cancellation rights, including a five-working-day period for covered California contracts. Follow the date and instructions in your Notice of Cancellation.
Current monthly plans are also described as cancel-anytime services without a separate cancellation fee, subject to the applicable written agreement.
For complete information, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy .
Refund Eligibility Is Governed by Written Terms
Maximum Score Builders maintains a written 90-day refund policy for eligible services. Refund eligibility depends on the terms and conditions applicable to the client's enrollment.
The refund policy is not a guarantee that a particular credit-report item will be removed or that a credit score will increase.
The current Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable signed service agreement control refund eligibility.
No Guaranteed Credit Outcome
Maximum Score Builders does not control consumer reporting agencies, creditors, furnishers, debt collectors, lenders, landlords, employers, scoring-model providers, or underwriting decisions.
Accordingly, we do not guarantee:
- removal of a particular account or item;
- a particular credit-score increase;
- a particular completion date;
- approval for a mortgage, vehicle loan, credit card, apartment, or other product;
- a particular interest rate or loan term; or
- a specific response from a consumer reporting agency, creditor, furnisher, or collector.
Third-Party Websites and Providers
Maximum Score Builders may provide links to third-party services, including credit-report, credit-monitoring, scheduling, payment, or educational providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, those companies are independent third parties and control their own pricing, terms, security, privacy practices, cancellations, product features, and service availability.
Some third-party links may be affiliate or referral links. When applicable, Maximum Score Builders discloses that relationship.
Personal Information and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the website is described in our Privacy Policy .

Educational Information and Website Availability
Website information is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized legal, tax, accounting, mortgage, or investment advice.
We work to keep website information accurate and useful, but laws, credit-reporting practices, lender requirements, provider terms, and outside information can change.
Website availability may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, internet outages, software issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control.
Limits Permitted by Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maximum Score Builders is not responsible for decisions, actions, delays, reporting, or failures caused by independent third parties, including consumer reporting agencies, creditors, furnishers, collectors, lenders, or third-party technology providers.

Contact Us First When Possible
If you have a concern about your account, billing, service, refund request, cancellation, or website use, we encourage you to contact us so we can review it.
This informal process does not prevent you from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including contacting an appropriate regulator, filing an eligible complaint, or using another remedy available under applicable law.
Consumer rights remain available
- You may dispute credit-report information yourself without hiring a credit-repair organization.
- You may contact consumer reporting agencies directly.
- You may contact appropriate government agencies concerning consumer complaints.
- Nothing on this website requires you to waive rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
California Law
These website Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without affecting any consumer protection that applicable law provides to you.
If a provision of these website Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Future Website Updates
Maximum Score Builders may update these website Terms when our website, practices, providers, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes to website Terms do not retroactively rewrite a signed service agreement. Existing client services remain governed by the agreement applicable to that client unless lawfully amended.
