This California Privacy Rights Notice applies exclusively to residents of the State of California and supplements our CCPA Privacy Policy. It is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), effective January 1, 2023.
Your Rights as a California Resident
Right to Know
Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and share about you.
Right to Delete
Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to Correct
Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you in our records.
Right to Opt Out
Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Limit Sensitive Data
Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes strictly necessary for our services.
Right to Non-Discrimination
Exercise any of these rights without being denied services or receiving a lower quality of service.
How to Submit a Request
You may submit a request using any of the methods below. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and ask you to verify your own identity directly.

Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the "Shine the Light" law, permits California residents to request information regarding our disclosures of personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year.

Verification and Response Time
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you in writing and may extend our response by up to an additional 45 days, as permitted by the CCPA.
Because we handle sensitive financial information, we must verify your identity before processing a request. We may ask you to confirm details we already hold about you. We will not use information you provide for verification for any other purpose.
There is no fee for one request per 12-month period.
If We Decline Your Request
Certain requests may be limited by law. For example, we are required to retain some records under the Credit Repair Organizations Act and other federal and state requirements, so a deletion request may not extend to those records. If we decline all or part of a request, we will tell you why in our written response.
If you believe your rights have not been honored, you may contact us first at support@maximumscorebuilders.com, and you may also file a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General's Office.
