Maximum Score Builders follows the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681. We dispute items that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. We do not remove accurate information, and we do not guarantee a score increase.
CROA
The Credit Repair Organizations Act bans charging fees before services are performed and requires a written contract listing services, costs, and cancellation rights.
FCRA
The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives consumers the right to dispute errors on their reports. Each bureau must generally investigate a dispute within 30 days.
FDCPA
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act protects consumers from unfair debt collection practices. We teach every client their rights under it.

A three-digit number from 300 to 850 built from payment history (35%), amounts owed (30%), length of history (15%), credit mix (10%), and new credit (10%).
