Start your enrollment

Four fields. Your information is transmitted securely and is never sold or shared with third parties.

What your enrollment includes

  • A full review of all three credit reports. Experian, Equifax and TransUnion together — an item corrected on one often sits untouched on the other two.
  • A written analysis. Which items are holding your score down, which ones are worth challenging, and on what grounds.
  • Dispute and verification work under the FCRA. We challenge items that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable, and document every response.
  • Ongoing education. Utilization, payment history and account age explained plainly, so you can hold your gains after we’re done.
  • Progress you can see. Client portal access, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening.

What happens after you enroll

You receive a confirmation email

It confirms your enrollment and walks you through what comes next. There is nothing for you to chase.

You get a copy of your credit report

We guide you through pulling it, so you and our team are working from exactly the same information.

You receive your credit analysis

A clear breakdown of what is actually on your reports and what can realistically be challenged.

You book a phone appointment

We go through your credit and your analysis together, answer your questions, and agree the plan before anything is disputed on your behalf.

No advance fees. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, no credit repair company may bill you before services have been performed — and we don’t. You’ll receive a written contract and a Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure before anything begins, and you have the right to cancel within five business days at no cost. Your pricing is confirmed during your appointment, once we have both seen your analysis.

Know your rights before you sign anything

You can dispute credit report errors yourself, for free, with each bureau. We tell every client that plainly, because someone who understands the process gets better results. What you’re paying us for is expertise, persistence and the hours you’d otherwise spend on it. You also have the right to:

  • A written contract before any work begins
  • Cancel within five business days without paying anything
  • One free credit report per bureau annually at AnnualCreditReport.com
  • Dispute inaccurate information directly with the bureaus at no charge
  • Take action against a credit repair company that violates the CROA

Common questions before enrolling

The things people ask us most often.

How long does credit repair take?

It depends on what is on your reports and how quickly the bureaus and the companies reporting the information respond. You’ll get a realistic picture during your appointment, once we have both looked at your analysis.

Can you remove accurate negative information?

No — and be cautious of anyone who says they can. We challenge items that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or that the furnisher cannot verify. Accurate, verifiable items stay until they age off.

Will enrolling hurt my credit score?

No. Disputing items does not lower your score, and we don’t open or close accounts on your behalf.

Do I need to live in Bakersfield?

No. We’re based in Bakersfield, California, and work with clients in all 50 states. Everything can be handled remotely.

Why do you need my Social Security number?

The credit bureaus require it to verify your identity before anyone can pull or dispute items on your reports. It is not used for a credit check and does not affect your score.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel within five business days of signing at no cost, and you can end services at any time after that.

Not ready to enroll yet?

That’s a reasonable place to be — this is a decision about your money and your credit. Book a free consultation instead and we’ll review your situation, tell you honestly whether we can help, and send you a written analysis with no obligation.
