Communications We Send

  • Phone calls — live agent calls about your account or services.
  • SMS / text messages — informational updates and, with your opt-in, marketing messages.
  • Email — account updates, newsletters, and promotions.
  • Ringless voicemail — prerecorded messages delivered to your voicemail. We treat these as calls under the TCPA and send them only with your prior express written consent.

How We Obtain Your Consent

Before sending marketing communications by phone, SMS, or ringless voicemail, we obtain your prior express written consent as required by the TCPA. You give that consent through our website contact form, our enrollment forms, or an opt-in checkbox — never pre-checked, and always alongside a clear description of what you are agreeing to receive.

Consent is never a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive calls or texts is not required to buy any service from Maximum Score Builders, and declining will not affect the service you receive.

How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent at any time, by any reasonable method that clearly tells us you do not want further calls or texts. You do not have to use a specific word or a specific channel.

  • Text — reply STOP to any message. We also honor quit, end, cancel, unsubscribe, revoke, and opt out. You will receive one confirmation, and then no further texts.
  • Phone or voicemail — tell any representative during a call, or ask in writing to be added to our internal Do Not Call list.
  • Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to support@maximumscorebuilders.com.
  • Mail — Maximum Score Builders, 4646 Wilson Road, Suite 101, Bakersfield, CA 93309.

How quickly we act: we process opt-out requests within a reasonable time, not to exceed 10 business days from receipt, consistent with current FCC rules. You may also reply in the language in which you received the message.

Do Not Call Registry

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission. If your number is on the National DNC list, we will not send you marketing calls unless you have given us prior express written consent, or you are an existing client contacted about your own account.

We also maintain an internal Do Not Call list. Once you ask to be added, we keep that request on file indefinitely. You can register your number free at donotcall.gov.

Ringless Voicemail

Ringless voicemail technology delivers a prerecorded message to your voicemail without ringing your phone. Where we use it, every message identifies Maximum Score Builders as the sender, states the purpose of the message, and includes instructions for opting out.

We treat ringless voicemail as a call governed by the TCPA. We do not send marketing voicemails without your prior express written consent, and an opt-out applies to voicemail the same way it applies to calls and texts.

Calling Hours and Identification

We place calls only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone. Every call and message identifies Maximum Score Builders by name and provides a way to reach us. We do not mask, spoof, or misrepresent our caller ID.
